BIG4 has introduced a system called ReviewPro's Guest Ratings Score which gathers reviews and ratings from sites such as TripAdvisor and collates it in one place, making it easier for caravanners to choose the park that best suits them.
The system will also allow the 180 BIG4 parks around Australia to see how they’re performing against other parks in the group, as well as competitors – all of which is good news for visitors.
It will help parks see relevant reviews and insights, helping them to prioritise facility, operational and service improvements.
BIG4 Holiday Parks’ general manager sales and marketing Campbell Davies said the system was introduced after listening to visitor feedback about independent ratings.
“We know ratings and reviews are critical to consumers’ decision-making process, so we have made it easier for them to research, plan and book by providing access to the depth of information they're seeking,” Mr Davies said.
