Warratina Lavender Farm will exhibit handmade knitted and crocheted tea cosies by local artisans, with proceeds going to the Cancer Council. Admire the handiwork and enjoy tea.
The Lavender Farm is located in the Yarra Valley, one hour drive from Melbourne. The farm started out in 1991 growing lavender and cherries.

MURRINDINDI BEANIE FESTIVAL VICTORIA

Location: Alexandra
Celebrate fibre art with knitted, crocheted and mixed medium beanies for sale and on display at this local charity event, plus food, craft and local produce available at market stalls.
This two-day event includes the Beanie Bazaar market with increidible art from local community groups.
There are five categories included in the Festival Competition: Murrindindi Madness, Traditional Beanie, Funky Fibre Fusion, Tea Pot Beanie and The Most Down to Earth Beanie. Beanies are donated to the MBFV, and the money raised go to local charities.
You can also attend knitting and crochet classes in Alexandra Library, every Friday from 2pm.
