HUON VALLEY MID-WINTER FESTIVAL

Witness the age-old tradition of wassailing at Willie Smith’s Apple Shed: where nasties are scared from apple trees to ensure a good crop! Enjoy craft ciders, cheeses, and food and entertainment.

You will see performances from Frank Yamma, The Ramschackle Army, The Scrims and many more amazing artists!

There will be plenty of food and drinks at the festival: burgers and smoked meats, traditional chinese buns, hot red pizzas, cakes, mini donuts, wines, ciders and coffee. There's something for everyone's taste palette.

FESTIVAL OF VOICES

Location: Tasmania-wide

The Festival attracts thousands of singers, choristers and music lovers for the chance to hear harmonies in concert halls, theatres and public spaces across the state.

The event was inspired by the image of people singing around the bonfire, which represents people unite and coming together to sing.

You also have a chance to attend various workshops on how to sing pop, a capella, introduction to gospel. glee club and more.
