Caravanning chefs can create culinary delights using freshly van-grown herbs, thanks to a purpose-built van by Kratzmann's Cars and Caravans, on display at the Queensland Caravan and Camping Show.
The Franklin Sonic 16ft pop-top has a recess at the rear that’s designed to accommodate a miniature garden, making it the ideal van for growing herbs. A cooktop and sink has been fitted next to the garden, so your favourite herbs are always close to hand.
You can inspect the Franklin Sonic at stand 100, located in the
outdoor pavilion at Fortitude Valley's RNA Showgrounds, until June 9 at the Queensland Caravan and Camping Show. See the full list of exhibitors here.
