Browse, speak to the experts and be inspired by the range of brands on display.

“The Caravan & Camping Industry Association’s Penrith Expo is the perfect place to get you on your way to make your RV purchase or plan your next holiday,” CCIA CEO, Lyndel Gray said.

“You will find lots of new and interesting ideas, and see the latest products the industry has to offer."

Member for Penrith and Minister for Tourism, Stuart Ayres, today welcomed the expo, which has been held at the Penrith Panthers Exhibition Centre for over 15 years.

“Caravanning and camping is one of the fastest growing domestic tourism sectors in NSW with more than 2.1 million domestic caravan and camping visitors who stayed over 9.5 million nights across NSW in the 12 months to March this year,” Minister Ayres said.

“These visitors spent almost $1.9 billion, and accounted for 26 per cent of visitor holiday nights in regional NSW, making caravan and camping a vitally important part of the tourism infrastructure.

“Alongside this, Australia’s RV manufacturing sector is growing and we have a number of manufacturing businesses here in Western Sydney.  Avida, based in Emu Plains, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and produces an impressive range of caravans and motorhomes right here in Sydney’s West.

“Events like the CCIA’s Caravan, Camping & Holiday Expo offer the local community a great opportunity to take a look at the latest products on offer and be inspired for their next holiday.”
