Everything from self-levelling offroad vans to an on-board spa bath will be at the official industry show at Wodonga Racecourse this weekend.
Bellarine Caravans has its new Dakar, with Cruisemaster airbag suspension which can lift it over all sorts of obstacles and also level the van automatically when parked.
Jayco has the brand new fibreglass-sided Starcraft models, with the first units to leave the Jayco factory headed straight to Wodonga for the Expo.
In the way of campers, star attractions include Travelander’s new premium range of tray-back campers and camper trailers, while Stockman Products has its super-lightweight moulded POD Trailer. Both are made in Melbourne and bring new levels of luxury and convenience to camping.
And for something completely different, Jayco Albury Wodonga has the Braaap range of motorcycles, one of which tops the prize list in the Expo’s Passport to Freedom competition.
Anglers are also in for a treat with the Tacklebusters Rod Train showing great videos on its massive LED screen, plus there’s the impressive Yamaha Supertank.
Adding to the educational entertainment is Reptile Awareness Displays of Australia, which will have exciting venomous snakes as well as the latest advice on first aid if bitten.
Admission to the Expo is just $12 adults, $10 concession and free for kids under 15 (accompanied by an adult), with a special two-day pass for $17 (concession $15).
Gates are open 9.30am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday, and 9.30am to 4pm on Sunday.
