The 2014 CRVA National Conference is a premier event for the caravan and RV industry. Offering considerable networking and workshop opportunities, it is being held this year at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart, Tasmania.
Just some of the many speakers this year include Rob Pennicott, the founder of Pennicott Wilderness Adventurers and four-time Australian Tourism Award winner; Tim Reid, the host of Australia’s top marketing podcast; Dr Keith Suter, global futurist and media personality; Brad Smith, four-time Australian Retail Business of the Year Winner; and Steven van Aperen, better known as ‘The Human Lie Detector’.
The event also features plenty of useful business workshops and session. They include case studies, workshops based around industry research (including a workshop on “How to communicate and market to the Chinese visitor”) and much more.
The annual highlight of this event is the presentation of the Eric Hayman Award for Excellence, widely regarded as the industry’s most prestigious award. This year will also see the presentation of the inaugural Bauer Media Future Leader Award and scholarship.
The 2014 CRVA National Conference opens on Wednesday, April 2 and closes with a gala dinner on Friday, April 4 (with entertainment provided by James Reyne and comedian Vince Sorrenti).
