RV manufacturer Trakka shone at the Caravan and Camping Industry Association (CCIA) NSW’s Awards of Excellence, by receiving one of two Best of the Best accolades on offer.
The marque was awarded the Best of the Best Trade Business Award of Excellence, which recognises businesses that demonstrate outstanding quality in product, excellence in customer service and a commitment to the future of the RV industry.
“Trakka has continually displayed the highest standard in all aspects of its business and a true passion for its product and the industry,” said Barry Baille, CEO of the CCIA NSW.
Judges said that the enthusiasm and excellent product knowledge of its staff was one aspect which helped Trakka achieve the prestigious title.
Trakka shared the spotlight with BIG4 Nelligen Holiday Park, which received Best of the Best NSW Park Business.
Twenty three categories comprised The Awards of Excellence, which was presented in front of over 200 industry members at Cypress Lakes Resort, Cessnock. Masters of ceremonies Frankie J Holden and Michelle Pettigrove from Discover Downunder joined magician Matt Hollywood in entertaining the guests.
In addition to The Awards of Excellence, 16 Gumnut Awards were bestowed to park and trade businesses which had demonstrated outstanding commitment to environmental sustainability.
Sponsors of the awards program were Department of Lands (Platinum); Sydney Turf Club (Gold); Christie Products, Discover Downunder, K-Mac Powerheads, Tourism NSW, and The Senior NSW/ACT (Silver).
